Delivery
20 kg bags are sent by ParcelForce to your delivery address. Items over 20 kg will go via a pallet service to your nominated address, and the most competitive quotations for delivery will be provided with your order. Product(s) will be off-loaded from the rear of the vehicle, via a tail-lift only. If you require further assistance for off-loading, please state when ordering to enable us to fulfil your needs.

Trilcot feature stones are all natural pieces and can be very heavy. Please remember to take this into account when considering the options for unloading. Under no circumstances should you attempt to lift these items without assistance. Trilcot are happy to offer advice and options to ensure good service and customer satisfaction. Goods will usally be despatched within 48 hours of the monies being cleared. Any special requirements for delivery must be stated clearly when placing an order.

Faulty Goods
Trilcot will replace any items deemed to be faulty. All electrical goods carry a 12-month warranty and will be replaced. Trilcot reserve the right to limit their warranty to replacement of goods only.
